It looks like she has a flea allergy dermatitis and is in need of prescription medications. You need to schedule an appointment with your vet for treatment. She likely needs an antibiotic, corticosteroid, and flea prevention to treat her skin infection and help control the flea problem. A flea bath is not going to be enough. She needs a flea prevention like Nexgard, Credelio, Bravecto, etc and your vet can prescribe one.

It looks like he might have a skin infection which could be secondary to an allergy. He should be examined by a vet to determine the exact cause and treat the problem. Your vet can do cytology, culture, and/or a skin scrape, if needed to help diagnose. He may need an oral antibiotic and a corticosteroid to help treat the problem. You could also bathe him with a medicated antibacterial dog shampoo.
