My dog has saggy, hard skin near nipples 3 weeks after spay. Normal?

My dogs skin where her nipples are is a bit saggy and some what feels hard in her left side under her nipples. She was spayed about 3 weeks ago and is pretty Normal and it doesn’t cause her pain. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 11.2 lbs

The loose skin may be a result of the mild swelling after her spay resolving and the hard spot could be scar tissue if it's near her incision site. It might be a good idea to have your vet check it to be safe.
