My cat has developed a black spot under her chin over the past few weeks, it looked just unclean at first but it has gotten darker in colour. Today when I touched it, there was a little bump like a pimple and crusty. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year old
