Why is my cat's chin dark, crusty, and bumpy? Is it feline acne?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Neo. Given the location of her lesion and your description, I suspect that she is developing a condition known as feline acne. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian to confirm this is the case. If so, medicated wipes can be used to disinfect her chin. More serious cases can require oral antibiotics.
