Last two months, puppy had redness in eyes & ears. Eyes turned into conjunctivitis (green discharge), test showed Staph infection. 2 types of prescription drops used/worked, but after conjunctivitis returns. ASHe has irritated skin on his belly with red spots that's been getting worse. Maybe unrelated, but he has hiccups and recent sneezing. Changed from chicken to turkey kibble. No change. Could this be allergies? Do we address each issue individually? Or are they a cumulative problem?

It looks like he has a bacterial skin infection which could be secondary to allergies. It is possible that everything is related. He needs an oral antibiotic to treat the infection and your vet could prescribe an allergy medication to treat any allergies. If the medication seems to help then he could continue long term. Cytopoint and Apoquel are great allergy medications specifically made for dogs. You could ask your vet about trying one.
