My dog's ears feel warm, but he's healthy. Does he have a fever?

Does warm ears mean fever in dog? My dog Romeo ears feels warm to me where there’s no fur and thin skin. He’s eating well & playing too. No other symptoms currently

The hairless skin will always feel a little warmer but without taking an accurate temperature reading there is no way to assess any degree of fever. If he develops any symptoms such as lethargy, altered thirst or appetite or panting please have Romeo checked by your vet
