Hi my dog had an injury to her eye last night. She chased a cat, tumbled and fell and then a larger dog tumbled over her. Assuming a scratch from the dogs claw maybe. But it looks odd. The inner eyelid is over a part of the eye when open. Not sure if that a normal protective thing that happens or if she needs to be seen immediately. It almost looks a little bulgy to me. She is able to close the eye but I’m unsure if her vision is affected.

Poor Quincy! It's hard to tell exactly what's going on without being able to do a more complete eye exam in person, but from what I can see in the photo, I'm very concerned that she may have a severe corneal ulcer - this is basically a partial hole in the surface of the eye, which can be very serious. Because of this, I would recommend having her seen at an emergency clinic today for a full eye exam. If she does have a deep/severe corneal ulcer, having it treated as soon as possible will give her the best chance of recovery without losing vision in the affected eye, or even losing the eye itself.
