Why does my pitbull have itchy bumps, dry skin, and balding spots?

My female pitbull over the last week has been getting little pimple like bumps all over her and she been scratching at them. She is short haired and now some skin looka very dry and flaky even some balding in some areas. She gets a bath once a week and I have not changed any products or food. She is still eating and active but I am concerned because of the itching and skin issues. Could it be irritation or something underlying? I took photos while ahe was sleeping on the coach as she likes to do. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 55 lbs

It looks like she might have a skin infection so she should be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory to help clear up the infection and treat the itching. If she has a history of allergies, you could talk to your vet about trying Cytopoint or Apoquel which help control allergies in dogs.
