Why is my dog's eye bluish and causing discomfort? What should I do?

My dogs left eye has recently turned a bluish color. She is still eating and drinking like normal. However you can tell she’s uncomfortable as she moves around a lot when she lays down looking for the right spot. I gave her a Benadryl as this has helped her in the past with skin irritations. Please advise what else I can do or tell me what this means. She’s not panting.. or scratching.. so I’m not sure if this is something serious or just a reaction. I look forward to your feedback. Hello. Bella has a very significant inflammatory reaction in her eye. The general term is uveitis. She really needs to see a veterinarian because 1. she is in pain. 2. without treatment, she may suffer permanent eye damage, blindness or even total loss of the eye.
