Why does my 4-week kitten have green eye discharge after cleaning?

My 4 week kitten has light green mucus in her eye. I have been cleaning it and using RenaSan drops. It looks healthy and she is not in pain

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. The left eye looks watery and she is squinting too. I suspect this is due to infectious conjunctivitis or ocular trauma. If the eye drops are helping then please, continue applying them for 6-7 days. However, if the eye continues to discharge green /watery mucus you will need to take Stripe to your local vets to get antibiotics eye drops.
