My pet rabbits are dying. What are common causes of sudden rabbit death?

hello, I'm Akram and I'm 17. before about 3 months ago I bought a 5 rabbits female and 2 rabbits male... I was so happy but unfortunately, in this days the females rabbits die..and today I've lost 3 rabbits. I'm very afraid and I don't want what should I do!!! please help me.

If swelling in different parts of the body was present before death as well then they probably died from an infectious disease called myxomatosis, it's always fatal if the animal is not vaccinated. i would strongly recommend taking the ones that survived to the vet today and get them vaccinated.
