Why is my senior cat not eating and acting lethargic for 2 days?

My cat is 16 y/o, has little to no interest in food. Its been 2 days since his sudden appetite loss. He's acting lethargic as well. I'm scared and really don't want to lose him. Could he possibly just have "kitty flu" or something? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 16 years and 6 months old
