Why is my old dog vomiting, losing weight, drinking lots, and peeing inside?

Having lots of issues with my 11 year old beagle/terrier mix. He has lost about 15 lbs. (he was a little bit heavy). He throws up everything now. All he wants to do is drink tons of water and throws it up. He will also now pee in the house all the time while he is walking. I bring him outside all the time. He can no longer eat hard food. I give him like a moist & meaty or I will make him chicken & rice. Sometimes he is fine and sometimes that all comes up too. Not sure if he is doing well anymor. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 14 lbs

Hello and thank you for your question. At his age and with the symptoms, it would be highly recommended to have Kobe examined ASAP by your veterinarian. With excessive drinking, urinating and weight loss, he may have Diabetes, kidney disease, cancer or other serious ailments, but the top concern would be Diabetes. He should have blood work done first but may require other tests. It sounds like he is very ill and if it is not addressed soon, you may end up with a more serious medical emergency.
