Suggestion Needed, My grey is acting fine in the morning usually he is a chatter box & started to talk just after he woke up today , he woke up a couple of hours early today , as some work is going on our apartment. My mom had given him a spray shower, after some time he became almost silent which he doesn't do for a second. He is constantly sitting on the upper perch . He haven't eaten any fruits or drank water on his own. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | neutered | 5 years and 1 month old

It's possible something may have startled him, especially if his routine has been changed or the workers nearby are being very loud. I would move him to a more calm section of the house if possible to see if that helps him to relax and encourages him to eat. if after a day he doesn't return to his normal self, or you see other signs of illness such as puffing of feathers, listless behavior, changes in stool or he still doesn't want to eat or drink, then seeking veterinary care to rule out any health issues is best.
