What helps my dog's fear of rain and storm anxiety?

My dog cries on the rainy weathers. She afraid of weather. During the rain she shakes. İ got her from animal shelter. She had scabies and washed severel time with medication in shelter. Maybe in shelter some employee abused her i dont know. İ got her when she was 3 months old. Now she is 8 months old. She is kangal rottweiller mix breed. During the rain she doesnt eat. Even whe tried mmedication. What can i do to relax her? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 13 days old | 62 lbs
