Hello my name is Leia, I will have my puppy in about a week and a half. What will be the first shots she will need? She will be around 9 weeks old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 4 lbs

Ruby is a cutie pie. I recommend to start her with a distemper/parvo and bordetella vaccine at 9 weeks. She should receive two more sets of shots after that. Another set at 12 weeks and then a last set at 15-16 weeks old. During these other two sets she should receive another bordetella, 2 more distemper/parvo vaccines and a rabies vaccine. Depending on your location, your vet may recommend some other core vaccines and may recommend to start her on flea and heartworm prevention. I hope this helps!
