What's wrong with my old, underweight cat's cloudy, swollen eye?

Hello I am wondering if you know what is wrong with my cats eye, she is very old and underweight and also does not eat much. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 4.5 lbs

The cloudiness is edema and swelling in the eye. this can be from an ulcer from scratching or getting something in it. You will need to see a vet to have the cornea checked and depending on the swelling they may or may not be able to see through to the retina to fully check it at the first visit
