Hello my cat gave birth to kittens both of them are healthy but I still feel that she is pregnant and we can feel it by touching her stomach so we take her to the vet they did sonography and said there is one more kitten but there is no heartbeat so dead inside and gave her injection so that she can give birth normally or else they said she has to be operated I am really worried about it

The sonogram is most likely correct. Your vet probably gave an injection of oxytocin which is a hormone to stimulate uterine contractions. Typically, if no contractions or birth of the kitten happens within 1 hour, it is not going to work. If that is indeed the injection that was used, your vet should recheck her after an hour and decide if a C-section should be done to remove the kitten surgically.
