My cat isn't eating much but is drinking water. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered

My cat Oreo, has not been eating much lately. Hes been drinking water. But not eating. He is turning 1 year in a couple of weeks. Hes been eating more around dinner time. Hes an outdoor/indoor cat. Any suggestions?

Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Oreo evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
