Dog has a bump under ear, vet too costly. What are my options?

on the side of my dogs face there is a hudge bumb like a bubble right under her ear i cant take her to the vet because its to expensive right now for me. what can i do for her. Pet's info: Dog | Manchester Terrier(Toy) | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs
