Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 37 lbs
Ollie is a young dog who was castrated last Wednesday, today I got home and he was very excited and the tip if his penis was out which is normal for him. However there were two large testical like protrusions in either side of the shaft of the penis not the scrotum and the tip looked to be way bigger than normal. Is this normal?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Ollie. Those are normal swellings that become present when the dog gets excited. It is nothing to concerned about and from the pictures, his testicles were definitely removed. Ensure that he does not lick his incision site, but everything appears to be healing normally. There is no need for concern. I hope this information helps!
