Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 11 months and 4 days old | 6 lbs

Hi. I would like to bring my pet in for annual check-ups and vaccinations. She is currently with a private clinic. Do I need to provide you guys with her medical records, or do you contact her current vet to get it?

It's best to bring the medical records, because it will take a fair amount of time to get the records transferred at the time of the appointment. One thing to do when requesting the medical records, is to ensure that they are not just giving you an invoice. The invoice will just list the services provided and will be of limited value. The medical records will have all the doctor's notes and be signed by the veterinarian. I hope that helps and all is well with Isabella.
