My fawn dog has black skin patches after puppies. Is it normal?

My dog had puppies 7 weeks ago. She's got bold patches and her skin looks black she's fawn. is this normal or does she need to see a vet? thanks also she has a spot on her leg. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | 10.5 lbs

If it is not associated with itchiness or discomfort, there is no need to be concerned about this.
