Why is my puppy weak, lazy, and having diarrhea after eating?

I have a labrador of 36 days he is week and also he is quite lazy biggest problem is he urine alot and on top of it whenever I feed him something (pedigree) he just litters after just having that and even that come like a loose motion please suggest and help me.
