My dog is peeing in the house after spay surgery. Is this normal?

My dog was spayed last Wednesday, and Friday when we we're at my sisters she started peeing on the couch and the floor instead of her pad. Would that be normal after surgery? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 6 lbs

Hello. No, this is not normal. This could be an indication of ongoing pain, or she just may have developed a urinary tract infection.
