My cat coughed up a worm. Is it a roundworm? What should I do next?

This looks like a roundworm. He probably coughed/vomited it up. They are intestinal parasites that many animals have, younger ones in particular. Having your veterinarian run a fecal sample will confirm if he has roundworms and also check for other intestinal parasites. You can purchase roundworm dewormer at PetCo.
