Why is my senior dog constantly trying to pee with no results?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

13 y old female setter, otherwise healthy, problems urinating. Constantly trying to urinate.

Please arrange for a full physical and urine exam immediately as obstruction could be very serious and irreversible. Infections, inflammation, bladder stones and tumours can all contribute to similar signs
