My puppy is throwing up, has the runs, and won't eat or drink.

My dog have been throwing up and haven’t been eating nor drinking anything he use the bathroom once and have the runs. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 16 days old | 60 lbs

Since Prince is a puppy I recommend a veterinary exam. With not eating or drinking and having diarrhea he can become severely dehydrated. They will give fluids to prevent dehydration, and medicine for the vomiting and diarrhea. They may check a fecal for intestinal parasites and do blood tests to check for infection and to make sure his organs are functioning normally. With treatment he should improve.
