My dog refuses dental chews and brushing. What are other options?

Hello! I try my best to keep her teeth looking good. They were even complimented at her dental cleaning earlier this year. I usually give her oravet dental chews but now she refuses to eat them. & she hates toothpaste, it’s enzymatic & I’m only able to get a little in her mouth but I don’t know if that works. What are some alternative products? Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 8 months old | 4 lbs
