Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 years and 5 months old | 16 lbs
He's been seen by a vet for the bump on his head. There was no concern & she was able to drain. He has sensitive skin & allergies so I think it's related. She ok'd to drain at home which I've done multiple times & he never reacted like it hurt.It was easy. It's filling faster, getting bigger,& it's like the skin is thicker because it's harder to pierce so he tries to run! It's stressful for both of us!I'm getting it removed but is it a vesicle?Papule? Cyst? It's CLEAR,round,&filled w/water-like fluid.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Max. I would suspect it is a cyst based on everything you have described. After it has been surgically removed, it can be submitted to a laboratory to determine an accurate diagnosis. It will be good to have it removed as it is growing and becoming more difficult to drain. I hope this information helps!
