Poor Dizzy! If she is weak and vomiting then she needs medical care from a veterinarian. She may need some IV fluids to prevent dehydration, antibiotics, and an anti-vomiting medications. Your vet could test a stool sample to see if she has parvo virus or an intestinal parasite causing the problem. If she is sick then she can't be vaccinated until she is better. Call your vet and discuss possible treatment. Hope she feels better soon!
