4 yr old spayed female dog has peed twice in her sleep in the last hour and I took her out in between incidents to pee. Should I take her to an emergency vet or wait till tomorrow?

You can wait until tomorrow, it could be urinary incontinence which is common in spayed females but it could also be a urinary infection, she will need to have a urine analysis done and the vet will provide the correct treatment according to the test results.

Thank you for contacting Pet Coach with your question about Mollie! While I do think she needs to be seen by a vet, if she appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until tomorrow morning. If she appears lethargic, ill or distressed, or if the urine appears very bloody, then she should be seen by a vet ASAP. Feed her wet/canned food, add water to it, and make sure she drinks a lot of water to help flush the bladder. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
