Hi, my cat has recently had a litter of 5 and I have noticed one of their eyes haven’t opened properly. They are 4 weeks tomorrow. Is it infected?

The eye is likely not infected. Sometimes a kitten's eye does not open when it should. However in this kitten the eye actually opened, but it does not look normal. I suggest you take him to a vet for an eye exam. He may have a congenital eye condition that may or may not be correctable,
