My dog's vulva is red and irritated. What can I use to help it heal?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 15 lbs

Hi! My dog has been scooting her bottom lately due to her anal glands. She had them expressed and since stopped. However the crevice around her vulva is a bit red and looks irritated, what can I do to help this? I already washed the area well and dried it and put a small amount of hydrogen peroxide on while washing, but would like to know if there are any creams or anything I can do to help it heal? Thanks in advance!

This actually does not look very bad. I think you can either just leave it alone and let it heal by itself (no more peroxide and also no more washing please), or if you feel the need to put something on the reddened area, you can put some OTC antibiotic ointment on it. Should the area get redder , then stop the ointment.
