Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 18 days old
My friend has been bitten by a neighbors dog. The owner said the dog was vaccinated against rabies. The owner then said to him that he will be bringing him to the doctor ON TUESDAY for him to get injected for anything to avoid any future consequence. Is he safe and is it okay that he will be injected in Tuesday, not now?

I think if the owner of the dog takes him to a doctor for an exam and possible treatment of the bite, he should also bring something from the veterinarian who vaccinated the dog against rabies stating so. If the dog was vaccinated, then there is no danger of your friend contracting rabies. However, dog bites can get infected, so your friend may need some wound treatment.
