Poor pup. Unfotunately we can't diagnose a musculoskeletal issue without doing some kind of exam or test (radiographs) on your puppy. The first step is to get him properly examined. After the exam, if the vet feels that it is severe enough, an x-ray will be recommended to look at the bones and joints for any signs of disease. Best case scenario is that your pup just has a mild leg sprain, which usually doesn't cause the pet to be in much pain, but just sore in the area of the injury. They can still walk on the leg, but maybe with a slight limp. If this is the case, then have Sakru take it easy for the next week or two to see if this can resolve on its own. If things don't resolve however, or seem to worsen at any point, its best to then have Sakru examined by your vet for further diagnostics and treatment. I hope that your puppy Sakru feels beter soon! Best of luck and take care.
