PeeWee needs to be examined by the veterinarian. Lesions like this are most often related to skin mites, ringworm (which humans can get), allergies or autoimmune conditions. Secondary infections with yeast or bacteria are also commonly found. She needs to wear an elizabethan collar to protect the areas from rubbing or scratching. The veterinarian may preform a few easy diagnostics and will likely recommend appropriate medication. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
