Why is my kitten's head tilted and can't hold its neck straight?

I got a baby kitten someone was very mean to the kitten and now the kitten can't hold it's head up straight it holds it to one side , its eating good and plays ,it don't seem to be in pain , but the poor things neck just want hold up straight? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Journey is in pain if she can't hold her neck straight. Please do not give her any human pain medications as many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. Take her into a vet first thing in the morning.
