My cat is 5 years old. Never goes outside. Eats meow mix dry. She often vomits after eating what can I do? Tired of the messes! Thank you!

Just like humans, cats can have many many reasons for vomiting. Without knowing more history, it's hard to say what may be the cause. Here is a link about vomiting: https://www.petcoach.co/article/vomiting-in-cats/ I recommend to start with a veterinary visit and to have her stool checked for parasites (It's estimated that 20% of indoor cats have worms). This and the physical exam will begin to start narrowing down the potential causes. Some cats struggle with regurgitation from eating too quickly or hairballs.
