At one month old he can start eating regular puppy food. He does not really need milk. I suggest you start feeding him some puppy food - 3 to 4 times per day. This is an example product. Use as directed on the bag. ( https://www.petsworld.in/fidele-puppy-starter-dog-food-1-kg.html )

    I would recommend a balanced commercial diets for puppies. Royal Canin and possibly Hill's are usually good brands to start with. Feed her three times daily up to six months and then reduce it to two times.
