My senior dog has black poop, upset stomach, and won't eat. Is it serious?

Dog is 10yrs and once a week her stomach is upset (noises and gas), is she exhausted, she doesn’t eat breakfast or dinner, and her poop is very black in colour. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 35 lbs

This isn't normal. The dark color of the poop indicates bleeding in the upper GI tract, and it could be caused by a GI ulcer, GI illness, or something more serious like a cancerous growth. I'd have Boli seen by a vet in the morning.
