My puppy is sick, lethargic, and won't eat after vet. What now?

My 9 month puppy as been sick and very lethargic, he as been to the vet who gave him 2 injections and a rehydration sachet , he is still after 6 hours very lethargic and sleepy , no more vomiting but won’t eat or look at any food. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 15 days old

It's good that Peanut is no longer vomiting, he still likely feels awful from being sick. Offer him some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts. If by the morning he is refusing to eat that, then I would have him seen by the vet again. Best of luck.
