My dog has a cheek wound. Is it from a bite or is it infected?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 70 lbs

Hello , my lab has got this little patch on his cheek. We thought it was from our little guy biting him one night over a bone , it so sure now . Con you provide any info on this ?

It could be from an injury. I would gently clean it with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. Best of luck.
