Dahlia had both ALT elevated 185 and 190. The vet gave her a month’s prescription for Denamarin. Will she remain on this for life?

She may or may need to stay on it long term. The vet will likely just have you bring Dahlia back for some bloodwork in a month or so to recheck the liver values and see how they are. If they are better then they will likely discontinue the Denamarin after a while. It just depends on her body's response.
