Hello, My dog barks a lot at home when I’m not here and the neighbors have complained. How can I get him to stop? He also pulls on his leash on walks and he barks in a very aggressive way when he sees another dog and he has started nipping at other dogs on walks. He also barks at people that he can hear outside of my apartment when I’m here. He is Jack Russell and Chihuahua. He is two years old.

You have a few really serious behaviour issues going on here, ranging from what sounds like separation anxiety to leash aggression. To be completely honest you have a lot of work ahead and I think your best course of action is to work with an animal behaviourist.
