My senior cat has pancreatitis and won't eat. What's the prognosis?

15 yr old with pancreatitis at vets since last Wednesday is getting Ivs, pain, nausea, appetite stimulant, antibiotics and steroids, jaundice, they did an ultrasound but are keeping him comfortable said he’s not eating as much as they would like and may require a feeding tube said he was perky yesterday and ate a little more I don’t want him to suffer don’t want a feeding tube liver values got good and bad I don’t know what to do do I need to put him down vets are not forth coming. Prognosis?

I'm so sorry your cat is so sick! It's a good sign that he was perky yesterday and ate more. That's progress, and if he keeps showing signs of improvement, I would keep treatment going. Now if he stops eating, because very lethargic, or gets sicker, then letting him go would be best. I hope this helps!
