My 7-week puppies have loose stool & red rectums after deworming.

I have a litter of 7 puppies that are 7 weeks old. I notice today that their stool is really pudding like. The mother still feeds them ever so often along with puppy food. The mother and dad have allergies and the only kind of food they can eat is purina chicken and rice. No pork at all and very little need. Could it be the food or milk. I wormed them 2 weeks ago also. I noticed the rectum on one very red and slightly swollen.

They likely need to be dewormed again. It takes at least two deworming treatments each given two weeks apart to kill all the worms. Give them another deworming treatment now and another in two weeks. Also have them checked out by a vet to be safe.
