Pet's info: Dog | Blue Heeler | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 10 days old | 20 lbs

I just got a puppy, hes been with me only a few days but I'm already afraid that he has a very sensitive stomach. I can hear the gurgling of the gas in his tummy, it's very loud. Hes also throwing up alot, at least 3 times a day. He is breathing very heavy as he sleeps. Hes very very gassy.what do I do? Do I stick to one food? Change it up? Go to a homemade food?

Definitely stick to one food. If you changed Oliver's food from what he was eating before, that would be the cause of this gas and throwing up. It could also be that he has a GI illness. Withhold food for 6 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
