My senior dog has anxiety & struggles walking. Is CBD oil right?

Hank is a 13 year old doggie. He has issues with walking in bare floors, and due to this, has set up camp in the hallway. I have been giving him CBD oil so it might help some of his anxiety. Am I doing the right thing? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 60 lbs

As of yet, we have very little research on CBD oil in veterinary patients, so we cannot make any recommendations one way or the other about this product - we do not know what an appropriate dose might be, and if there are any potential health concerns or drug interactions in dogs. In addition, because it's a schedule 1 drug, it's illegal for us to prescribe or recommend. I'd speak to Hank's vet about his anxiety, there may be medication you can give him to help. Best of luck.
