My dog has diarrhea after rice and hamburger. Is it food allergy?

He drinks and wants to play a lot. But he had this issue 3 days ago too. We gave him slowly his normal food back before and he started diarrhea again today after we blended his food in rice and hamburg. He goes diarrhea 5 times since 4am eastern time. He isnt dehydrated. He drinks water and eats hamburg and rice. Could it be a food allergy ?? Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered

I think it's blending other food such as the rice and hamburger. Levi doesn't need it, he should only have his dog food. I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
