Why is my dog throwing up grass and has green, bloody diarrhea?

My dogs been throwing since 6pm today he threw up around 6 times, the first one was all of his dog food mixed with grass & dirt, then the other times were just some grass & dirt with foam, after that the other times were just like the picture. He also had diarrhea once it was really watery & look greenish with some streaks of dark red in it. Also to mention before all this happen he was eating lots of grass & some dirt also. His poop was fine before all this happen too. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 70 lbs
